Unfortunately due to a high number of last minute cancellations. If any booking is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment, the deposit paid is non refundable or transferable.
If Rescheduled or cancelled with 24hours, Full payment or £39 which ever is less will be taken from the card on file. This will deduct any deposits made. This may increase at christmas periods due to high demand.
Deposit on treatments such as Semi Permanent make up of £50 are non refundable at all, if appt is changed this is lost due to length of the appt time.
